Kerri Muller embarked on her journey into hairstyling over three decades ago, building a lifelong career around creativity and her love of the craft. With formal training and experience at renowned institutions including Bumble & Bumble and Vidal Sassoon, Kerri continues to evolve through online education, in-person training, and ongoing study of new techniques and trends.

For 24 years, Kerri has specialized in Great Lengths hair extensions, alongside personalized cuts and color designed around each client’s individual style and lifestyle.

A native of Algiers Point, Kerri has brought her career back to the neighborhood where her story began. At Cicada in historic Algiers Point, she combines decades of experience with a deep connection to the community she calls home.

Megan Tyler began her career 15 years ago in Lake Charles, Louisiana, apprenticing under a dual-licensed hairstylist to earn her Barber title. Her talent and dedication later led her to sign with a Dallas-based talent agency, where her work gained recognition and was published both nationally and internationally.

After returning to Lake Charles, Megan expanded her expertise by mastering high-end eyelash extensions and successfully establishing her own studio. However, Hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020 forced her and her family to relocate to Old Algiers Point in New Orleans. Since then, Megan has rebuilt her business, developed a loyal clientele, and prioritized giving back to the supportive community she now calls home.

Megan is skilled in men’s and women’s haircuts, special event styling, and working with children. She is also passionate about ongoing education, staying at the forefront of new techniques, trends, and styles to deliver exceptional results. Megan’s approach centers on providing personalized service tailored to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle.
